The only way to truly know if a substance is a Controlled substance is to test it, and if it is already in my Possession as a Licensed Medical MJ User, then Controlled Substance or not as long as I do not say who gave it to me and stay under my Possession limit, is there a CRIME being comitted that is worth the Crowns efforts to Jail me for it?

Change the Laws so any Canadian May have instant access by giving Medical MJ ONLY a DIN#!!
This would mean none of Canada’s Medical MJ Users would NEED to use or Support Criminal Street Drugs, that are sold to the Sick and Dieing with the Blessings of several Canadian MPs?

I can’t commit crimes to access Medications, but if people want to help me out I can’t stop them!
I only use around 90 grams/ month total for Pain control, so even if a few people can spare a bud in an envelope, it would help me out!!
I can’t see any MPs not wanting to help me control my Pain as it is my VAC Pensioned Condition, just by FWD them to My Vancouver Island North MP’s Office here!

I have even been HC Licensed since 2005 but I started using Medical MJ in 2004 after BEGGING VAC for help starting in 2002!
I was only PRESCRIBED Medical MJ after VAC Denied coverage to all my Prescribed Medications I was taking while still in the CF the DAY I was released in 2002! My Doctors kept prescribing and VAC kept denying so I was forced to be Addicted to Opium until all my filling fell out and organs began to shut down!

We had lot of students and on side of the School was THE SUNNY-SIDE where any thing you needed could be obtained! I even watched as I was a Student the COPs come and Collect a Union Teacher that was involved in a National Cocain Ring! Hi Bruce. Can you be licensed to grow your own medication? I understand there would be some pretty tough regulations, but I would think it would be easier, and that way a guy would never be out. I understand what you’re saying, it seems to be such a contradiction….you’re legal to use it, but it is almost illegal for you to get it. Almost sounds like a government normal screw up.
